Chandler TuttleChandler is a partner at Freethink and serves as its CEO and Editor in Chief. Prior to joining Freethink, he studied film at NYU, worked at Focus Features (Lost in Translation, Brokeback Mountain), wrote and directed a short-form adaptation of Kurt Vonnegut’s Harrison Bergeron and wrote a feature-length adaptation of Robert Heinlein’s The Moon is a Harsh Mistress. He also served as the founding Creative Director for the Oslo Freedom Forum, an international human rights gathering described by The Financial Times as “Davos for Dissidents.”
Clay BrogaClay is a partner at Freethink and its Chief Marketing Officer. His team’s efforts have led to Freethink working with Facebook as they launch Watch; partnerships with National Geographic, Fast Company and GOOD; and a growing audience of over 250,000 subscribers. Clay also leads Freethink’s agency, which works with brands such as Hyundai and Breitling. Previously, he oversaw the marketing for Freethink’s first original feature, Honor Flight, which broke the Guinness World Record for the largest film screening in history and was the top-rated DVD on Amazon for months.
Kmele FosterKmele is a partner at Freethink and is Lead Producer on Freethink’s original shows. He is also a regular contributor to various media programs and co-hosts a syndicated current events podcast, The Fifth Column, with Michael Moynihan of Vice News and Matt Welch of Reason. Kmele produced and narrated season one of Freethink’s Wrong, an animated series that takes a look at how the future often surprises us. He is also producing Pop Revolution, an original series about the role of global pop culture as a force for progress in closed societies.
Dan HayesDan is a partner at Freethink and serves as the company’s lead Video Director. Most recently, he directed Freethink’s Crossing the Divide, a documentary series about opposing sides coming together at a time of heightened division. Previously, Dan directed season one of Superhuman, a Freethink series about the incredible innovation happening on the frontier of medical technology today. He’s also the director of Freethink’s award-winning documentary feature Honor Flight, a film the LA Times called “enormously moving.”
